0. Who operates this service

Who Is Rich is operated by an individual sole proprietor operating in Texas. "Who Is Rich" is a trade name being operated under. A Texas DBA (assumed-name certificate) registration for this trade name is in progress and has not yet been confirmed as complete. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and that individual sole proprietor, not a company.

1. What this service is

Who Is Rich is a public leaderboard. A payment purchases a public placement and visibility on that leaderboard, ranked by the total amount successfully paid and currently eligible (not refunded, reversed, or under an open dispute). It is not an investment, a deposit, a wager or bet, a prize or lottery, a sweepstakes, virtual currency, a promise of traffic or followers, or a promise of any financial return of any kind. Rankings do not measure, verify, or certify anyone's actual net worth.

2. Eligibility, age, and location

This service currently launches for the United States only. To make a payment or hold an entry, you must: be at least 21 years old; be physically located in the United States at the time you pay; and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. You must not use this service if doing so would violate any law applicable to you. We rely on your own confirmation of age and location at checkout (see §6) — we do not currently verify age or location independently. Conduct rules for display names and use of the service are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Your entry and display name

Each verified email address may hold exactly one entry. Display names must not impersonate another real person or organization, must not contain unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, and are subject to the moderation rules below. We may reject, rename (with notice where practical), hide, or permanently remove an entry that violates these Terms, without refunding amounts already paid, except where a refund is required by law or card network rules.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The amount you choose to pay is added to your entry's eligible total once Stripe confirms the payment succeeded — reaching a “success” page in your browser is not, by itself, confirmation; see our Refund & Payment Policy for how refunds, reversals, and disputes affect your eligible total. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — each payment is a single, one-time transaction you initiate. Your card or bank statement will show the descriptor “WHOISRICH”.

5. No guaranteed rank

Your rank reflects everyone's current eligible totals at the moment it is displayed and can change at any time as other people pay. We do not guarantee any specific rank, that a rank will be held for any length of time, or that a given payment will result in a specific new rank.

6. Acceptance

By checking the box during checkout, you confirm you meet the age and location requirement in §2, and you agree to the version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy in effect at that time. We record the version you accepted and when. If we materially change these Terms, we will ask you to accept the new version before your next payment.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove an entry that violates these Terms, is subject to a chargeback or fraud investigation, or as required by law, at our discretion.

8. Governing law
