This Privacy Policy is issued by the operator of Who Is Rich — Who Is Rich is operated by an individual sole proprietor operating in Texas. — the party responsible for the data described below.

What we collect

• Email address — used only to send you a one-time sign-in link and to identify your entry. It is encrypted at rest and is never shown publicly, put in a URL, or included in any analytics event.
• Display name and amount paid — shown publicly on the leaderboard. Don't use your display name to share anything you consider private.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its amount; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Location — at launch, approximate geolocation is disabled. We do not determine, store, or make any claim about where you are located beyond the confirmation you give us at checkout that you are in the United States (see Terms of Service §2). Any location-related field in our systems is recorded as "unknown".
• Basic technical logs for security and reliability, structured to exclude email addresses, magic-link tokens, and full IP addresses.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not use your email for marketing unless you separately opt in somewhere that says so explicitly.

Who we share data with

Stripe processes your payment directly; see Stripe's Privacy Policy. A transactional email provider delivers your sign-in link. We do not share your email or payment history with any other third party except where required by law.

How long we keep data

We keep account and payment records for as long as your entry exists and as needed to meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations, even after an entry is removed. You can ask us to delete your account — see Contact — and we will do so except where we are required to retain records (for example, financial transaction records).

Cookies

We use one first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
