Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to anyone who signs in, holds an entry, or otherwise uses Who Is Rich. Who Is Rich is operated by an individual sole proprietor operating in Texas. It works together with the Terms of Service; a violation of this policy is a violation of the Terms.

2. Display names

You may not use a display name that:

  • impersonates a real, identifiable person or organization without their permission, or falsely implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement;
  • contains unlawful content, credible threats, or content that harasses, defames, or targets a specific individual;
  • contains sexually explicit content or graphic violence;
  • promotes illegal activity, or contains malware, phishing, or scam links or instructions;
  • infringes a third party's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right; or
  • contains contact information, payment instructions, or an attempt to solicit funds outside of this service.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • attempt to circumvent rate limits, moderation, name-uniqueness rules, or the single-entry-per-owner rule (for example, by using multiple email addresses to hold more than one entry);
  • attempt to defraud the operator of Who Is Rich, Stripe, a card issuer, or another user, including through stolen payment credentials or abusive chargeback filing;
  • probe, scan, or attack this service's infrastructure outside of the coordinated process in Security;
  • scrape or systematically harvest leaderboard data at a volume or rate that degrades the service for others; or
  • use this service if you are under the required minimum age or located outside the United States (see Terms of Service §2).

4. Enforcement

A violation of this policy may result in a hidden, renamed, or permanently removed entry, without refunding amounts already paid except where a refund is required by law, card network rules, or our Refund & Payment Policy. Every moderation action is recorded in an internal, immutable audit trail.

5. Reporting a violation

To report a display name or use that violates this policy, contact support@who-is-rich.com.
